The fourth edition of the book Nursing Practice in the Community has been updated to enhance evidence-based practice illustrating outcomes of empowerment interventions. Standards of care in community health nursing practice involve four types of clients, namely the individual, family, population aggregate and the community. The concepts and topics contained in the third edition have been expanded for clarity, specificity and adequacy of coverage.
